Inconel625 Material introduction
Inconel625(UNS NO6625/W.Nr.2.4856)Nickel chromium alloy is widely used because of its high strength, excellent machinability (including welding) and excellent corrosion resistance. Use the temperature range from low temperature to 1800 ° F (982 ° C). The strength of Inconel 625 alloy is caused by the hardening effect of molybdenum and niobium in the nickel chromium matrix, so the alloy does not need precipitation hardening treatment. This combination of elements is also the reason for the super corrosion resistance of materials in many strong corrosion environments and the oxidation resistance and carburization resistance in high temperature environments.
