HastelloyB-3 Material introduction
HastelloyB-3(UNS N10675/NS323)Alloy is a new member of Ni Mo alloy family, which has excellent corrosion resistance. Moreover, due to the adjustment of its chemical composition, its thermal stability has been greatly improved compared with the original Hastelloy B-2 alloy. Hastelloy B-3 alloy has high resistance to spot corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, knife like corrosion and corrosion in heat affected zone of welding.

HastelloyB-3 Heat treatment system
Unless otherwise required by the customer, all HastelloyB B-3 alloy forgings are supplied in the state of solution heat treatment. The temperature of Hastelloy B-3 alloy is 1065 ℃ and then rapidly quenched. The sheet or wire is bright annealed at 1150 ℃ and then cooled in hydrogen.
