Inconel601 Nickel chromium iron alloy(UNS N06601/W.Nr.2.4851)It is a general engineering material for heat and corrosion resistant applications. One of the outstanding characteristics of Inconel 601 is its high temperature oxidation resistance. At the same time, the alloy also has good resistance to water solution corrosion and high mechanical strength, and can be easily formed, machined and welded. The composite is a face centered cubic solid solution with high metallurgical stability. The alloy is nickel based and combined with a fixed chromium content to provide corrosion resistance to many corrosive media and high temperature environments. Aluminum content further enhances oxidation resistance。
Inconel601 The properties of the alloy enable the material to be used in a wide range of fields, such as thermal process, chemical process, environmental protection, aviation and power generation. It is the standard result material used by various thermal process equipment. The application in the field of industrial heating includes baskets, trays and fasteners for annealing, carburizing, carbonitriding, nitriding and other heat treatment processes. In industrial furnaces, alloys are used as radiant tubes, muffs, heaters, flame protectors, wire annealed tubes, braided conveyor belts, chain curtains, burners and electric heating elements. Other thermal applications include thermocouple protection tube, furnace atmosphere generator, infrared radiation screen, etc。
Inconel601 Chemical applications of the alloy include industrial heater, condensate pipe of acid water separator, and insulating tank used in ammonia modification. The alloy is also used as a fuel injection engine combustion chamber component and a catalytic lattice support in nitric acid production equipment。
In petrochemical engineering, the alloy is used as catalytic regenerator and air preheater in the production of high-density polyethylene. In the field of environmental protection, it is used as the thermal reactor of the exhaust system of the fuel engine and as the combustion chamber in the solid waste incinerator. In the field of power generation, superheater pipe support, grid barrier and ash treatment system.
The alloy is also used as jet engine igniter and combustion chamber lining, diffusion collector, and outer ring of gas turbine in aircraft, industry and vehicle fields.
