HastelloyG30 Material introduction
HastelloyG30(UNS N06030/00Cr30Ni43Mo5.5W2.5Cu2Nb)The alloy is developed on the basis of 00Cr22Ni48Mo7Cu2Nb alloy by increasing chromium content to 30%, reducing molybdenum and adding appropriate tungsten. Due to the high content of chromium, the main corrosion resistance feature of this alloy is that the performance of resisting H3PO4 containing Cl - and F - is significantly better than that of 00Cr22Ni48Mo7Cu2Nb alloy. It also has excellent corrosion resistance in nitric acid+hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid+hydrofluoric acid. This alloy can be used in evaporator of wet process phosphoric acid industrial production and equipment and components for acid mixing of HNO3+HF for pickling stainless steel. This alloy can also be used for corrosion resistance devices in nuclear fuel production.

HastelloyG30 Heat treatment process
The solution treatment temperature of this alloy is about 1177 ℃, followed by water quenching or rapid cooling.
