Inconel706 Material introduction
Inconel706((UNS N09706)) is Fe-Ni-Cr Base precipitation hardening deformation superalloy, service temperature 550 ℃ - 650 ℃. This alloy is a modified GH4169 alloy, and its characteristics are similar to GH4169 alloy. Due to the decrease of Nb content in the alloy, it has better production process properties, cold and hot working properties and welding properties. The alloy has high strength, good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance below 700 ℃. This alloy can be used to produce large-sized and oversized superalloy products, which is suitable for making aeroengine casing, diffuser housing, turbine disk, fasteners and other parts, and also can be used to manufacture large-diameter disk parts of gas turbine for combined cycle power generation. The main products are bars, forgings, rings, sheets and strips, etc.
