HastelloyX Material introduction
HastelloyX(UNS N06002/W.Nr.2.4665)is a nickel base superalloy with high iron content, which is mainly strengthened by chromium and molybdenum solution. It has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. It has moderate endurance and creep strength below 900 ℃, and good cold and hot working formability and welding performance. It is applicable to combustion chamber parts and other high temperature parts for aeroengine manufacturing. It can be used for a long time below 900 ℃, and its short-term working temperature can reach1080℃.

HastelloyX Part heat treatment process
Plate solution treatment:1150℃±10℃,2~15min,Rapid air cooling。
Weldment or flame tube treatment:980℃±10℃,60min,Air cooling。
Stress relief treatment after machining:870℃±10℃,30~60min,Air cooling。
Dimensional stabilization of parts:760℃±10℃,2h,Air cooling。
