GH4169 Material introduction
GH4169 is Ni-Cr-Fe Base precipitation hardening deformation superalloy, long-term use temperature range - 253 ℃ - 650 ℃, short-term use temperature can reach 800 ℃. The alloy has high strength below 650 ℃, good fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as good processing performance, welding performance and long-term structural stability. It is suitable for making turbine disks, rings, blades, shafts, fasteners and elastic elements, plate structures, casings, etc. in the aviation, aerospace, nuclear and petrochemical industries. Its main products include hot-rolled and forged bars, cold drawn bars, plates and strips, wires, pipes, rings, forgings, etc.
Alloys can be divided into ordinary and high-quality ones in terms of composition. The carbon, niobium, sulfur and gas contents of high-quality GH4169 alloy are more strictly controlled and mainly used to manufacture various rotating parts; The manufacturing process can be divided into three categories: standard, high strength and direct aging. High strength and direct aging processes are used for high-quality GH4169 alloy forgings. The hot deformation temperature decreases in turn, the average grain size of forgings refines in turn, and the strength increases in turn, which can meet the application requirements of different rotating parts in aeroengines.

B)Forged round cake for aerospace,(950~1010)℃±10℃×l h/AC+720℃±10℃×8h/FC(50℃/h) →620℃土10℃×8h/AC(or FC);
C)Silk material,955℃±10℃×l h/AC+ 720℃±10℃×8h/FC( 50℃±10℃/h) →620℃±5℃×(7~8)h/AC,HRC≥32;

Direct aging system for disc forgings:720℃±10℃×8h/FC(50℃±10℃/h)→620℃±10℃×8h/AC。
