MonelK-500（UNS N05500/W.Nr.2.4374）The alloy has the same corrosion resistance as Monel400, but has higher mechanical strength and hardness. MonelK-500 Heat treatment method

Aging treatment: 590 ℃ - 610,6-10h, furnace cooling to 480 ℃ at a cooling rate of 8 ℃ - 15 ℃, air cooling. The other method is furnace cooling to 535 ℃, holding at 535 ℃ for 6h, furnace cooling to 480 ℃, holding for 8h and air cooling.
