Alloy59 Material introduction
Alloy59 The alloy (00Cr23Ni59Mo16) is a new alloy developed by Krupp of Germany, which is based on HastelloyC4 (00Cr16Ni66Mo16Ti) alloy, increases the chromium content to 23%, decreases the iron content to ≤ 1.0%, and removes titanium. This alloy was introduced in 1990. It is a "pure nickel chromium molybdenum alloy" with the highest chromium content and total Cr+Mo, the lowest iron content and no elements such as tungsten, copper and titanium. It is precisely because of the reasonable chemical composition of this alloy that this alloy is a corrosion resistant alloy with the best comprehensive corrosion resistance and the highest thermal stability of the structure.
