Alloy31 Material introduction
Alloy31 (NS1404, UNS NO8031, Good plasticity, good cold and hot forming and welding properties make this alloy an iron nickel base corrosion resistant alloy with the best comprehensive performance. It has been used in chemical processing such as phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid and in marine development, pulp, paper making, and flue gas desulfurization devices of coal-fired (oil) power plants.

Alloy31 Heat treatment system
The solution treatment temperature is 1150-1180 ℃. The cooling method depends on the section size of the material. Water quenching is usually used for quick cooling, and air cooling can also be used for thin section size.
