Alloy33 Material introduction
Alloy33 alloy is the Ni-Fe-Cr-Mo-Cu-N corrosion resistant alloy with the highest Cr content up to now, and is also the second iron nickel base corrosion resistant alloy to introduce nitrogen alloying after Alloy 31. Due to the high Cr content in the alloy and the combined effect of Mo, Cu, N, it has excellent uniform corrosion resistance in strong oxidizing high temperature and high concentration inorganic acids (concentrated H2SO4, concentrated HNO3), and the good manufacturing performance of the alloy, This makes it the best choice to replace traditional high Si stainless steel in such media.

Alloy33 Heat treatment system
The solution treatment temperature of the alloy is 1100-1150 ℃, and 1120 ℃ is the best. Water cooling shall be used for materials with thickness greater than 3mm, and rapid air cooling can be used for materials with thickness less than 3mm
