F55 Material introduction
F55(UNS S32760)Its pitting corrosion index (PRE) is higher than 40. It belongs to super duplex stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and strength characteristics. Compared with UNS S32205, SUS 329J3L and SUS 329J4L (NAS 64), it has good local corrosion resistance and can be used for complete chemical equipment, complete seawater desalination equipment, etc. The company can supply forgings, flanges and pipe fittings.

F55 Heat treatment system
The solution treatment temperature is 1080 ℃ - 1120 ℃ (above 1100 ℃ when it is required to meet ASTM standards), and quenching must be carried out after heat treatment. The cooling speed shall be as fast as possible, and the exposure to embrittlement temperature range (475 ℃ embrittlement temperature range σ Brittleness temperature range).
