Incoloy907 Material introduction
Incoloy907(GH907)is Fe-Ni-Co Base precipitation hardening low expansion deformation superalloy, which is comprehensively strengthened by adding niobium, titanium, silicon and trace boron. The alloy has high strength below 650 ℃, low expansion coefficient, good cold and hot fatigue resistance and almost constant elastic modulus. Curie point is 400 ℃ - 450 ℃. The expansion coefficient of the alloy below Curie point is basically unchanged. It is suitable for making various aero and aerospace engine rings and casings for use below 650 ℃. The main products are bars, forgings, plates and strips。

system A:1040℃±15℃×l h/AC Or quick cooling +800℃±15℃×16h/FC(55℃/h)→620℃±15℃×8h/AC,For brazed parts:
system B:980℃±15℃×l h/AC Or quick cooling +775℃±15℃×16h/FC(55℃/h)→620℃±15℃×8h/AC,HB 375-302,For bars and rings。
