Nimonic263 Material introduction
Nimonic263(UNS NO7263/W.Ni.2.4650)It is a Ni Cr Co based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy, and the service temperature can reach 850 ℃. The alloy has good oxidation resistance below 800 ℃, high yield strength and creep strength, low strain aging crack tendency, and good cold and hot fatigue resistance. The alloy has satisfactory formability and weldability. It is suitable for the production of plate welded structural parts and load-bearing parts of the main combustion chamber and afterburner of the aeroengine. The main products are hot rolled and cold rolled plates, hot rolled and forged bars, cold drawn (rolled) seamless tubes and rings.

Nimonic263 Heat treatment system
The standard heat treatment system of each variety is:
Solution treatment: 1150 ℃± 10 ℃; Aging treatment: 800 ℃± 10 ℃ * 8h/AC. Including:
Forgings, annular pieces, solution heat preservation time (1.5-2.5) h, water cooling;
Pipe material, solution heat preservation time ≤ 15 min, air cooling or appropriate cooling;
Plate and strip, solution heat preservation time: δ ≤ 4mm, (5-l5) min, air cooling; 4mm< δ ≤ 10mm, ≤ 30min, air cooling or proper cooling; δ> 10mm, ≤ 120min, air cooling;
Hot rolled and forged bars, solution heat preservation time: d ≤ 8mm, 30min, water cooling (air cooling or oil cooling); d> 8mm, (90-150) min, water cooling (air cooling or oil cooling).
