Nimonic PK25 Material introduction
Nimonic PK25 It is a Ni Cr Co based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy. The service temperature is less than 870 ℃ and can reach 980 ℃ in a short time. The alloy is formed by adding aluminum and titanium elements γ The strengthening phase was precipitated, and cobalt, chromium and molybdenum were added for solution strengthening. The alloy has good high temperature strength, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for making turbine rotating parts and bearing parts of gas turbine engines, as well as forged or cast gas turbine blades. The main products are bars, forgings, plates, wires and precision castings.
