Nimonic901 Material introduction
Nimonic901 It is a Fe Ni Cr based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy. Alloy with metastable γ' [Ni3 (Ti, Al)] phase is aging strengthened, and a little aluminum is inhibited γ' towards η- Transformation of Ni3Ti phase. The alloy has high yield strength and rupture strength below 650 ℃, good oxidation resistance below 760 ℃, and stable structure after long-term use. The main products are turbine disk, compressor disk, journal, static structural parts, turbine outer ring and fasteners.
The alloy has been used to make rotating parts and fasteners of aeroengines and ground gas turbines, and the service life of alloy parts is long.

Aviation products
Standard heat treatment system: 1090 ℃± 10 ℃ × 3h/WQ or OQ+775 ℃± 5 ℃ × 4h/AC+(705~ 725)℃±5℃ × 24 h/AC, suitable for disk forgings, rings, bars for shafts, bars for rotating parts, hot rolled and forged bars.
Steam turbine and gas turbine products
System I: 1080 ℃± 15 ℃ × (≥ l h)/AC (or faster)+(775~800) ℃ × (2~4) h/AC (or faster)+(705~745) ℃ × 24h/AC, suitable for hot rolled and forged bars for steam turbine valve stems;
System II: 1090 ℃± 10 ℃ × (≥ 2 h)/OQ or WQ+(775~800) ℃ × (2~4) h/AC+(705~745)℃ × 14h/AC, applicable to hot rolled and forged bars for gas turbine.
