IncoloyA-286 Material introduction
IncoloyA-286（S66286/Grade660）The alloy is a Fe-25Ni-15Cr based superalloy, which is comprehensively strengthened by adding molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace boron. It has high yield strength, endurance and creep strength below 650 ℃, and has good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. It is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature load-bearing components of aeroengines that work for a long time below 650 ℃, such as turbine disks, compressor disks, rotor blades and fasteners.

Hot rolled and forged bars, forgings, cold drawn bars，990℃±10℃×(l-2)h/OQ or AC+（700-720）℃×16h/AC；
Hot rolled plate, weldment，（980-1000）℃／AC+（700-720）℃×(12-16) h/AC，Including solution heat preservation time，δ≤3mm：15min-20min；δ3 mm-5mm：20min-25min；
Silk material，（980-1000）℃／WQ or OQ +（700-720）℃×16h/AC，Including solution heat preservation time，d≤3mm：15min-20min;d3mm-5mm;20min-5min。
