Incoloy903 Material introduction
Incoloy903 is Fe-Ni-Co Base precipitation hardening deformation superalloy is characterized by low coefficient of thermal expansion and almost constant modulus of elasticity in a wide temperature range, and the service temperature is below 650 ℃. The alloy has high strength, good cold and thermal fatigue resistance, weldability and high pressure hydrogen embrittlement resistance. The alloy is an ideal material to realize engine clearance control technology, which can improve engine efficiency and reduce fuel consumption. It is suitable for manufacturing turbine case, seal ring and other parts of aviation and aerospace engines. The main products are hot-rolled and forged bars, ring blanks and ring pieces。

845℃±10℃×1h/AC+720℃±10℃×8h/FC(55℃/h)→620℃±10℃×8h/AC,HBS 415-341。
